Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdControlCenter (the "Service"), operated by OVS ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Israel. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AdControlCenter is an AI-powered advertising management platform that helps you create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. The Service connects to your advertising accounts via official OAuth integrations.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free trial period of 7 days. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy/Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

4. Ad Platform Connections

By connecting your advertising accounts, you authorize us to:

• Read campaign data, metrics, and account information
• Create, modify, pause, and manage campaigns on your behalf
• Sync performance data for reporting and optimization

You retain full ownership and control of your advertising accounts. You can disconnect any platform at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by the advertising platforms themselves, including account suspensions, policy violations, or changes to their APIs.

5. Campaign Safety and Approvals

The Service includes safety features designed to protect your ad spend:

• Certain high-risk actions (budget changes, campaign activation) always require your explicit approval
• AI-generated campaign recommendations are suggestions only — nothing goes live without your confirmation
• You are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all campaigns before they are published to advertising platforms

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of advertising platform policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertisements

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by OVS. Campaign content you create through the Service belongs to you. AI-generated suggestions and copy are provided for your use but may not be unique to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any ad spend, revenue loss, or damages resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect campaign settings, API failures, or platform policy changes
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
