Refund Policy

OVS ("we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with AdControlCenter. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund.

1. Free Trial

AdControlCenter offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to the Service at no charge. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you choose not to continue, simply do not subscribe — no charges will be made.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with the Service after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your charge date. Refund requests made after 14 days from the charge date are not eligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@adcontrolcenter.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge
• The reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — please submit a refund request if eligible

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles)
• Violation of our Terms of Service

7. Ad Spend

AdControlCenter manages campaigns on third-party advertising platforms. Any ad spend charged directly by these platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is not refundable by us. Ad spend refunds must be handled directly with the respective platform. We are not responsible for ad spend incurred on connected advertising accounts.
